Henry Liimal - CEO of The Systems OÜ. 
The Systems OÜ has been successful at the Horizon 2020 SME Instrument developing a monitoring system for urban gas pipelines by utilizing state of the art accelerometers, advanced signal processing, and advanced intelligent algorithm based recognition. Henry will share the company's experience with Horizon 2020 as well as practical reccomendations in project proposal development.

Kim Davis has been involved in research for an embarrassing number of years, and EU projects specifically since 1993. While working at SINTEF, Scandinavia's largest research organization, she had responsibility for everything from writing, editing and managing the proposal process to leading projects once they were funded. She has been an evaluator, a rapporteur and a reviewer of projects for the European Commission. From 2003-2006 she was a member of DG Cnect's High Level Expert Group on SMEs and 2011 a member of the European Commission Advisory Group on ICT Infrastructure for energy-efficient buildings and neighbourhoods for carbon-neutral cities. She was a member of the Group of Experts that produced the Final assessment of the research PPPs in the European Economic Recovery Plan. For the past ten years she has been the National Contact Point for ICT and Expert in the ICT Programme Committee as a Senior Advisor in the Research Council of Norway.
Sandra Vasiļevska - head of Science Project Department in Riga Technical University (RTU).
Sandra Vasilevska is head of Science Project Department in Riga Technical University, . She received her M.A. in Economics from Riga Technical University, MBA from the Buskerud University College, Norway,  and she holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Science from the University of Latvia, her areas of expertise include international project managment, planning of research  projects,  complete more projects on time and under budget with fewer resources, and minimized risks of the project.
